1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

• 음식 사진 및 기록: 사용자가 촬영하거나 직접 선택한 사진의 사본, 배경이 제거된 이미지, 추가한 날짜·시각, 화면 배치와 설정을 사진 처리, 음식 기록 표시, 정리 및 공유 기능에 사용합니다. 이 정보는 앱의 기기 내 저장 공간에서 처리하며 운영자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 기록 날짜는 사진의 촬영일이 아닌 앱에 추가한 현지 날짜입니다.
• 회원 정보: 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 계정 생성을 위한 이름·전화번호·이메일을 수집하지 않습니다. 정밀 위치, 연락처, 마이크 접근을 요청하지 않습니다.
• 문의 정보: 사용자가 이메일로 문의하면 이메일 주소, 사용자가 제공한 이름·문의 내용·첨부 파일을 답변과 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 문의에 불필요한 민감정보나 타인의 개인정보를 보내지 마세요.
• 광고·기술 정보: Google AdMob, 동의 관리 도구(UMP), Android ML Kit의 정보 처리는 제4항에서 안내합니다.

2. 접근 권한과 사진 처리

카메라는 사용자가 새 사진을 촬영할 때 사용합니다. 앨범 사진은 시스템 사진 선택기를 통해 사용자가 고른 사진을 전달받으며, 앨범 전체를 업로드하지 않습니다. OS가 사진 접근 권한을 요청하는 경우 선택한 기능을 위해서만 사용합니다. 사진 배경 제거는 iOS의 Apple Vision 또는 Android의 Google ML Kit로 기기 안에서 수행합니다.

권한은 기기의 설정에서 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 카메라 권한을 거부해도 시스템 사진 선택기로 사진을 추가할 수 있습니다. 앱에 저장한 사본을 삭제해도 원래 사진 앨범의 사진은 변경되지 않습니다.

3. 보관 기간 및 삭제 방법

• 사진과 기록: 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱과 앱 데이터를 제거할 때까지 기기에 보관합니다. 앱에서 음식 조각을 삭제하면 해당 기록과 이미지 사본을 삭제하며, 같은 사진에서 생성된 마지막 조각을 삭제하면 원본 사본도 삭제합니다.
• 공유용 임시 이미지: 앱 캐시에 저장하며, 다음 공유 시 생성 후 24시간이 지난 공유 파일을 정리합니다. OS도 캐시를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 24시간이 되는 즉시 자동 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
• 문의 이메일: 문의 대응에 필요한 동안 보관한 뒤 목적이 달성되면 불필요한 개인정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 필요한 범위로 보관합니다.
• 외부 서비스 정보: Google 및 이메일·호스팅 서비스가 처리하는 정보의 보관·삭제는 각 제공자의 정책과 사용자 설정에 따릅니다.

앱 자체의 클라우드 동기화·복원 기능은 없습니다. 기기 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 Apple·Google 등의 OS 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 백업의 관리·삭제는 해당 기기 또는 계정 설정에서 해야 합니다. 앱만 오프로드하거나 보관하는 기능은 앱 데이터 삭제와 다를 수 있습니다. 다른 앱에 공유하거나 별도로 저장한 이미지는 그 앱이나 저장 위치에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

4. 광고 및 외부 SDK

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK: 앱은 달력 화면에 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고가 활성화된 경우 Google은 광고 제공·측정, 부정행위 방지, 분석 및 진단을 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 이용 가능), 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 노출·상호작용, 앱 이용 및 성능·오류 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자의 사용은 플랫폼, 권한 및 동의 상태에 따라 달라집니다.

앱은 현재 비맞춤 광고를 요청하며, 음식 사진·음식 기록·기록 날짜를 광고 요청에 넣지 않습니다. 비맞춤 광고도 모든 정보 수집이 없다는 의미는 아닙니다. 현재 iOS 앱은 ATT 추적 허용 팝업을 요청하지 않습니다.

동의 및 거부: 실제 광고 요청 전 Google UMP를 통해 광고 동의 상태를 확인합니다. 지역 및 설정에 따라 동의 화면이 제공될 수 있으며, 앱의 ‘상단 더보기(앱 정보) → 광고 개인정보 설정’에서 제공되는 선택을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 해당 지역에서 요구되지 않으면 선택 화면이 없다는 안내가 표시될 수 있습니다. 기기의 개인정보·광고 설정에서도 광고 식별자 및 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 동의 선택이나 광고 제공 여부는 기기 내 음식 기록 기능에 영향을 주지 않습니다.

Google ML Kit(Android): 사진 처리는 기기 내에서 이루어집니다. 모델 다운로드가 필요할 수 있으며, SDK는 진단과 사용 분석을 위해 기기·앱 정보, 기기 또는 설치 식별자, 처리 성능, API 구성, 입출력 크기, 기능 버전·이벤트·오류 정보를 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다.

5. 제3자 제공, 외부 처리 및 국외 처리

운영자는 음식 사진과 기록을 서버로 수집하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 사용자가 시스템 공유창에서 수신 앱을 선택하면 공유 카드 이미지(날짜와 음식 조각 포함)가 해당 앱에 전달됩니다. 공유는 사용자가 직접 실행하며, 수신 서비스에서의 정보 처리는 그 서비스의 방침에 따릅니다.

광고·동의 관리 및 Android 사진 처리 관련 SDK 제공자는 Google입니다. 문의 이메일의 송수신에는 Gmail(Google), 본 웹페이지의 호스팅에는 Vercel을 사용합니다. 이들 서비스는 전 세계의 인프라를 이용하며, 관련 기술 정보나 문의 내용이 미국 등 이용자 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 제공자별 처리 위치·보관 조건·보호조치 및 권리 행사 방법은 각 정책에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 앱의 기기 내 음식 기록을 이 서비스들에 저장하도록 운영자가 위탁하는 것은 아닙니다.

6. 이용자와 법정대리인의 권리

사용자는 앱에서 기록을 확인·삭제하고, 기기 설정에서 권한을 철회하며, 제공되는 광고 개인정보 설정에서 동의 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 문의 과정에서 받은 정보에 대해서는 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 또는 동의 철회를 g.kangksw@gmail.com로 요청할 수 있습니다. 법정대리인도 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 본인 또는 대리 권한을 확인합니다.

운영자는 기기 내 음식 기록에 원격으로 접근할 수 없어 그 기록을 대신 복원하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다. Google 등 외부 서비스가 보유한 정보에 대해서는 해당 서비스의 권리 행사 절차도 이용할 수 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 및 파기

앱의 사진과 기록은 OS가 분리하여 관리하는 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장합니다. 운영자는 문의 대응에 필요한 범위로 정보 접근을 제한하고, 불필요해진 전자 파일과 이메일을 삭제합니다. Google은 위 SDK의 전송 정보를 HTTPS 또는 TLS로 보호한다고 안내합니다. 사용자는 기기 잠금과 최신 OS를 사용하고, 공유 이미지에 포함되는 내용을 전송 전에 확인할 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 회원가입이나 연령 입력을 요구하지 않습니다. 운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 서버에 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 문의 등을 통해 개인정보를 보냈다고 판단되는 경우 보호자는 아래 연락처로 삭제 등 필요한 조치를 요청할 수 있습니다. 광고 등 외부 서비스의 정보 처리는 제4항을 참고하세요.

9. 본 웹페이지의 접속 정보

이 서비스 소개·지원·처리방침 페이지에는 별도의 분석 도구, 광고 스크립트, 회원가입 또는 이메일 수집 폼을 설치하지 않습니다. 다만 호스팅 제공자 Vercel은 웹페이지 전송, 보안 및 장애 대응을 위해 IP 주소, 접속 시각, 요청 URL, 브라우저·기기 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키와 사이트 데이터를 관리하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

11. 방침의 변경

이 방침은 2026년 9월 13일부터 적용됩니다. 앱 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용을 공개하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 추가 고지나 동의가 필요한 경우 관련 법령에 따라 안내합니다.

1. Information and purposes

The app processes copies of photos you take or select, extracted images, import dates and times, layout data and preferences locally to provide photo processing, the diary, rearranging and sharing. These records are not uploaded to BKLab. Dates reflect when you add a photo, not its EXIF capture date. No account, registration email, phone number, precise location, contacts or microphone access is required.

If you email support, we use your email address, any name you provide, message and attachments to answer and resolve your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive or third-party personal information. Advertising and technical data are described below.

2. Permissions and on-device processing

The camera is used when you take a photo. The system photo picker provides images you choose; we do not upload your entire library. Any photo permission requested by the OS is used for the selected feature. Background removal runs on your device using Apple Vision on iOS or Google ML Kit on Android. You may revoke permissions in device settings. If camera permission is denied, you can still choose an image with the system picker. Deleting app-owned copies does not modify your original photo library.

3. Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app and its data. Deleting a food piece removes its record and extracted image; the source copy is removed when its last piece is deleted. Share images are cached: on the next share, app-owned share files older than 24 hours are cleaned up. This is not an automatic deletion exactly at 24 hours. The OS may also clear caches.

Support information is kept for the time needed to handle your request, then unnecessary personal information is deleted without undue delay. If retention is legally required, we retain only the required information for that period. Third-party retention follows each provider’s policies and your settings.

The app has no cloud sync or restore service. Your OS backup settings may include app data in Apple or Google backups; manage those backups separately. Offloading or archiving an app may retain its data. Copies you share or save elsewhere must be deleted in the receiving app or storage location.

4. Advertising, consent and SDKs

Google AdMob banners appear on the calendar when enabled. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), device/app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, usage, performance and error information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics and diagnostics. Identifier use depends on platform, permissions and consent. We request non-personalized ads and do not include food photos, diary records or their dates in ad requests. Non-personalized ads do not mean no data collection. The current iOS app does not request ATT tracking permission.

Before live ads, Google UMP checks consent status and may offer a form depending on region and configuration. Available choices can be reopened through “Top-right menu (App information) → 광고 개인정보 설정 (Ad privacy settings)”. A notice may appear when no form is required. Device privacy/ad settings also offer identifier controls. Ad availability or consent choices do not prevent use of local diary features.

On Android, ML Kit processes images locally. Model downloads may require a connection. For diagnostics and usage analytics, the SDK may send device/app information, device or installation identifiers, performance, API configuration, input/output sizes, feature versions, events and errors to Google.

5. Sharing, providers and international processing

BKLab does not collect or sell your food photo diary on its servers. Sharing is initiated by you: the system share sheet passes the card image, including its displayed date and food pieces, to the app you choose. The recipient’s policy then applies.

Google provides advertising, consent management and Android ML SDKs. Gmail (Google) handles support email, and Vercel hosts these web pages. These providers use global infrastructure and may process technical data or support correspondence outside your country, including in the United States. Their policies describe processing locations, retention, safeguards and rights. We do not use these providers to host your local food diary. 6. Your rights

You may view/delete records in the app, revoke device permissions and change available advertising choices. Contact g.kangksw@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent for information received by BKLab through support. Legal representatives may also exercise applicable rights; we may need to verify identity or authority. BKLab cannot remotely access, delete or restore local diary data. For information held by external providers, you may also use their rights-request procedures.

7. Security and disposal

Photos and diary records use OS-isolated app storage. We limit access to support information to what is needed and delete unnecessary electronic files and emails. Google states that the SDK transmissions described above use HTTPS or TLS. You can protect local data with a device passcode and OS updates and review shared images before sending them.

8. Children

No account or age entry is required. BKLab does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 on its servers. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through support may contact us to request deletion or other appropriate action. External advertising/SDK processing is described in section 4.

9. These web pages

These product, support and policy pages have no separate analytics tools, advertising scripts, signup or email-collection form. Vercel may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser/device information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. You can manage cookies and site data in browser settings.

11. Updates
