BKLab은 Burst Grid(이하 “앱”)와 이 소개·지원 웹페이지에서 정보를 처리하는 방법을 안내합니다. 문의 및 개인정보 담당 연락처는 g.kangksw@gmail.com입니다.
1. 기기에 저장하는 게임 정보
완료한 레벨, 선택한 레벨, 언어·효과음 설정, 광고 간격 계산용 완료 횟수를 기기에 저장합니다. 기능 점검용 최근 게임 이벤트도 기기 안에 보관하며 BKLab 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 이 정보는 게임 진행 복원, 설정 유지 및 광고 간격 조절에 사용됩니다.
회원가입, 계정 로그인 또는 자체 클라우드 저장 서비스가 없습니다. 앱은 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 정밀 위치 접근을 요청하지 않습니다.
2. 광고와 동의 관리
Google AdMob 배너 광고와 레벨 사이 전면 광고를 사용합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정, 부정행위 방지, 분석 및 진단을 위해 IP 주소와 이를 통한 대략적인 위치, 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 노출·클릭 및 상호작용, 앱 이용·성능·오류 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 식별자의 사용은 운영체제, 권한 및 동의 상태에 따라 달라집니다.
앱은 비맞춤 광고를 요청하고, 게임 이동 기록이나 완료 레벨 목록을 광고 요청에 넣지 않습니다. 비맞춤 광고도 정보 수집이 전혀 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 현재 iOS 앱은 ATT 추적 허용을 요청하지 않으며 광고 식별자(IDFA)에 대한 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
실제 광고를 요청하기 전 Google UMP로 동의 상태를 확인합니다. 지역과 설정에 따라 동의 화면이 표시되며, 선택 화면이 요구되는 경우 게임 하단의 “광고 개인정보 설정 / Ad privacy” 버튼으로 다시 열 수 있습니다. 기기 개인정보·광고 설정도 확인할 수 있습니다. 광고가 없거나 광고 요청에 필요한 동의가 충족되지 않아도 퍼즐은 계속 플레이할 수 있습니다.
3. 문의와 웹사이트
이메일 문의 시 이메일 주소, 제공한 이름, 문의 내용과 첨부 파일을 답변 및 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 불필요한 민감정보나 타인의 개인정보를 보내지 마세요. 문의 송수신에는 Gmail(Google)을 사용합니다.
이 웹페이지에는 별도의 회원가입, 광고 스크립트 또는 분석 도구를 추가하지 않았습니다. 호스팅 제공자인 Vercel은 웹페이지 제공, 보안 및 장애 대응을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 주소와 시각, 브라우저·기기 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
4. 보관·삭제와 백업
게임 기록은 앱과 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱의 오프로드 기능은 데이터를 남길 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에 따라 OS 백업에 앱 데이터가 포함될 수 있으며, 백업은 Apple·Google 계정 또는 기기 설정에서 별도로 관리해야 합니다. BKLab은 기기 내 기록을 원격으로 복구하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.
문의 정보는 답변과 문제 해결에 필요한 동안 보관하고 목적이 달성되면 불필요한 정보를 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 필요한 범위에서 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 외부 제공자가 처리하는 데이터의 보관·삭제는 각 제공자의 정책과 사용자 설정에 따릅니다.
5. 외부 제공자 및 국외 처리
BKLab은 기기 내 게임 기록을 서버로 수집하거나 판매하지 않습니다. Google은 광고·동의 관리와 이메일 서비스를, Vercel은 웹 호스팅을 제공합니다. 이들 제공자는 전 세계 인프라를 사용하며 관련 기술 정보나 문의 내용이 미국 등 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 처리 위치, 보관, 보호조치 및 권리 행사 방법은 아래 제공자 정책에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자 권리와 아동
기기 내 데이터는 앱과 데이터를 삭제하여 제거할 수 있고, 제공되는 광고 개인정보 설정에서 동의 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. BKLab이 문의를 통해 받은 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 또는 동의 철회는 g.kangksw@gmail.com로 요청할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 본인 또는 법정대리인 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다. 외부 제공자가 보유한 정보는 해당 제공자에게도 권리 행사를 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱은 계정이나 나이를 입력받지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동이 문의를 통해 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단하는 경우 연락하여 삭제 등 적절한 조치를 요청할 수 있습니다. 광고 SDK의 정보 처리는 제2항을 참고하세요.
7. 보호조치와 변경 안내
기기 내 기록은 OS가 분리한 앱 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 문의 정보에 대한 접근은 대응에 필요한 범위로 제한합니다. 외부 SDK는 제공자 설명에 따라 HTTPS/TLS를 사용합니다. 기기 암호와 OS 업데이트로 저장된 정보를 보호할 수 있습니다.

BKLab operates Burst Grid (the “app”) and these product/support pages. Our support and privacy contact is g.kangksw@gmail.com.
1. Local game information
The app stores completed levels, the selected level, language and sound preferences, and completion counts used to pace ads on your device. Recent game events for troubleshooting also remain on the device and are not sent to a BKLab server. These records restore progress, retain settings, and space ad breaks.
No registration, login, or proprietary cloud save is required. The app does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.
2. Advertising and consent
Google AdMob provides banners and interstitial ads between levels. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device/app identifiers, ad impressions, clicks and interactions, app usage, performance, and error information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and diagnostics. Identifier use depends on platform, permissions, and consent.
We request non-personalized ads. We do not attach your move history or completed-level list to ad requests. Non-personalized advertising does not mean no data collection. The current iOS app does not request ATT tracking permission or permission to access IDFA.
Google UMP checks consent status before live ads are requested and may present a form depending on your region and configuration. Where privacy options are required, reopen them using “Ad privacy” at the bottom of the game. Device privacy/ad settings offer further controls. Puzzles remain playable when ads are unavailable or the consent needed to request ads has not been obtained.
3. Support and website information
If you email us, we use your email address, any supplied name, message, and attachments to answer and troubleshoot. Do not send unnecessary sensitive or third-party information. Gmail (Google) handles support email.
These pages do not add registration forms, advertising scripts, or separate analytics tools. Vercel may process IP addresses, request URLs and times, and browser/device information to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
4. Retention, deletion, and backups
Local records remain until you remove the app and its data. Offloading can preserve data. Depending on device settings, OS backups may include app data; manage backups separately through your Apple/Google account or device settings. BKLab cannot remotely restore or delete local progress.
We keep support information as needed to handle your request and delete unnecessary information once that purpose is fulfilled, except where legal retention duties apply. External providers’ retention and deletion are governed by their policies and your settings.
5. Providers and international processing
BKLab does not collect local game records on its servers or sell them. Google provides advertising, consent management, and email services; Vercel provides hosting. These providers use global infrastructure and may process technical information or correspondence outside your country, including in the United States. Their policies explain locations, retention, safeguards, and rights procedures.
6. Your rights and children
Remove local records by deleting the app and its data, and change available ad choices through Ad privacy. Contact g.kangksw@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for information BKLab received through support. We may need to verify identity or legal authority. You can also contact external providers about data they hold.
The app does not ask for an account or age. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent personal information through support may contact us to request deletion or appropriate action. Advertising SDK processing is described in section 2.
7. Security and changes
Game records use OS-isolated app storage. Access to support information is limited to what is needed. SDK providers describe the use of HTTPS/TLS for transmissions. Protect your device with a passcode and OS updates.
